Driving Directions

Northbound on I-5

From I-5 Northbound take the Seneca Street exit (exits from the left lane) and continue west for approximately five blocks to 1st Avenue. Turn right on to 1st Avenue and head north approximately seven blocks to Lenora Street. Turn left onto Lenora Street and follow Lenora through the light on Western. Market Place will be on your left. Underground parking for Market Place I & II off Lenora is available. There is also street parking available. Teutsch Partners is located in Market Place II (same building as Cutters Restaurant).


Southbound I-5

From Southbound I-5 take the Stewart street exit and continue west on Stewart for approximately 11 blocks (you will eventually want to be in the right lane but not for several blocks). Turn right on to 1st Avenue and head north for two blocks. Turn left onto Lenora Street and follow Lenora through the light on Western. Market Place will be on your left. Underground parking for Market Place I & II off Lenora is available. There is also street parking available. Teutsch Partners is located in Market Place II (same building as Cutters Restaurant).


Parking

The garage entrance to Market Place I and II building is located on the Lenora Street, immediately after crossing Western Avenue. Turn left into Imperial Parking garage. Take the garage elevator to the 3rd floor. Bring your parking ticket with you and we will validate your parking. The parking garage hours are 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
