Prologis Park SeaTac sold for $6M

Seatac, Wash., August 18, 2017 — A warehouse property at 1840 S. 144th St. has sold for $6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Prologis USLF Operating Partnership LP. Prologis acquired the property through one of its AMB investments funds in 2002 for $2.9 million.

The buyer was Northend Logistics LLC, which is associated with Teutsch Partners.

Developed in 1983 on almost five acres, Prologis Park SeaTac has a two-story warehouse/distribution building with some office space. It totals about 41,850 rentable square feet.

It is located north of the airport and Highway 518, and east of Highway 509. Current tenants include Toys for Tots and SeaTac Express.

The brokers were not announced.
