Located in the heart of downtown Portland, RiverPlace provides one of the most unique -boating experiences in the Northwest.  Boaters use the marina for both boating and as a pied-a-terre when spending a night in the city.  It sits on the Willamette River directly below the Kimpton RiverPlace Hotel and several of the finest restaurants in the city.  In addition to the boat slips, the 137 racks for rowing shells offer the best facility for scullers in Portland.  Riverplace consistently runs the highest occupancy of any marina in Portland.

Columbia Crossings, purchased from Winmar, a subsidiary of Safeco Insurance in 2000, is located on Hayden Island at the intersection of the Columbia River and I-5. The project is comprised of three separate marinas; Tomahawk Bay, Hayden Bay, and Jansen Beach.  Columbia Crossings offers the best access and diversity on the Columbia River to serious sailors and boaters and represents approximately 33% of the open pleasure boat moorage and 49% of the covered boat moorage in the greater Portland-Vancouver area.  In addition to boat moorage, Columbia Crossings includes 56 floating home slips, 975 RV storage stalls, 209 self-storage units, and 23,661 square feet of retail and office space.  With approximately 19.8 acres of under-utilized and well-situated land, the project is well positioned for future redevelopment.


Chandler's Cove

Chandler’s Cove is located at the south end of Lake Union and includes several restaurants, tour and recreational boat moorage, public use areas, and retail businesses.  These facilities total four acres of space and 2,000 lineal feet of commercial moorage.  Chandler’s Cove is widely recognized for its contribution in opening the south end of Lake Union to the general public.

Although Chandler's Cove is no longer under Teutsch Partners management, it remains a vibrant and busy destination in South Lake Union.
